Ingredients
4 slices of Schär pan carré, 1 egg, 1 small packet of vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of gluten-free red fruit sauce or marmalade
...and this is how you do it:

Stir the egg in with the
vanilla sugar.

Cut the toast into
approx. ½ cm wide strips
and stir these into the egg
and sugar mix.

Now ask for your parents’
help: fry the sweet fries in a pan
on a medium heat until lightly
browned.

Now serve your
‘fries’ with the fruit sauce
