Spider Web Crêpes
Ingredients
150 gr. (5 oz.) Schär Mix A, 250 ml. (1 cup) milk, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, one level tablespoon sugar, some sugar

For decorating: 100 g (3 oz.) chocolate, apricots (dried or fresh), peel of an organic orange cloves,10 candied cherries
...and this is how you do it:
In a tureen, beat the eggs and mix with the flour, milk, sugar, and salt to form a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Allow to stand for around 20 minutes.
In a frying pan with non-stick surface (around 13 cm. / 5 in. in diameter), warm some butter and add a ladleful of the mixture. Fry the crêpe until golden brown on both sides and then remove to a plate.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie (double boiler) and weave a clever web on the crêpe.
Slice the apricots in half, remove the pits, and place in the web. Cut the cherries in half, remove the stones, and use them and the cloves as the eyes of the spider.
Cut the orange peel into thin strips and use them as the spider’s legs… a comfy home for the apricot spider!
