Ingredients
50 gr. (2 oz.) Schär Fette biscottate, 200 gr. (7 oz.) white chocolate, 6 tablespoons chopped almonds, 8 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons cream, 80 gr. (3 oz.) butter, 6 tablespoons grated coconut
...and this is how you do it:

Heat the cream in a bain marie (double boiler), add the butter, and then melt the chocolate in it. Stir well.

Break the Fette biscottate into crumbs, sprinkle with the milk, and mix with the almonds and the chocolate mixture that has cooled slightly. Chill for one hour.

Form small balls out of the chilled mixture and roll in grated coconut, chill again, and then put them into foil cups.
