Ingredients
4 tomatoes, 150 gr. (5 oz.) ground meat, 50 gr. (2 oz.) Pan gratí Schär, 1 egg, 1 small bunch finely chopped Italian parsley, salt, pepper
...and this is how you do it:

Wash the tomatoes, slice off the tops, and hollow out the insides.

Mix the ground meat in a bowl with the egg, the bread crumbs, and the spices and form little balls.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the little balls until they are fully cooked.

Then fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with them and put the "lids" back on top.

In order to increase the magic powers, sprinkle the orbs with cheese and bake in a preheated over for 10 minutes at 180° C (350° F. / Gasmark 4).
