...and this is how you do it:

In a pot, bring the sugar and the juice to the boil and let simmer, stirring constantly, until the sugar crystals have dissolved.

With a spoon, form small circles of the mixture on a flat surface and lay one skewer on each circle.

Let the mass harden and pry it off carefully with a knife. Enjoy your lollipops!
