Ingredients
125 g Schär “Mix Pâtisserie”, 125 ml milk, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt, a little icing sugar,
Fruit – whatever you fancy or whatever is in season.
...and this is how you do it:

Mix the milk well with the flour and the salt, then add the egg and stir vigorously.

In a non-stick pan, melt a little butter and pour in as much batter as is needed to cover the bottom of the pan.

Finally, dust the pancake with icing sugar. Perfect with fresh berries or slices of apple.
