Ingredients
250 gr. (8 oz.) Schär "Mix Pâtisserie" Mix, 120 gr. (4 oz.) cold butter, 120 gr. (4 oz.) sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 packet (around 16 g. - 1 1/2 tablespoons) vanilla sugar

For the decoration:
250 gr. icing sugar (confectioner’s sugar), 3-4 tablespoons of water, 50 gr. (2 oz.) semisweet chocolate, 20 gr. (2 tablespoons) butter
...and this is how you do it:
Quickly knead together all of the ingredients, form a ball, and put it in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a sheet approximately 1/2 cm. (1/4 in.) thick and, using biscuit cutters in the shape of little ghosts, cut out the biscuits.
Place the biscuits on a baking tin that has been covered with greaseproof paper (wax paper) and bake in a preheated oven at 200° C. (425° F. / Gas mark 7) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool and prepare the icing. Put the icing sugar and the water in a bowl. Mix well until a smooth and dense mixture is obtained. Dip the biscuits in the icing and place them on a place to dry.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Form the eyes and mouths of the little ghosts with the chocolate, allow to cool once again, and serve.
