Ingredients
500 gr. (1 lb. 2 oz.) Schär Mix A, 125 gr. (4 oz.) butter, 80 ml. (1/3 cup) milk, 5 eggs, 4 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 200 ml. (1 cup) whipping cream, 300 gr. (11 oz.) strawberries
...and this is how you do it:

Place all of the ingredients except for the cocoa, the strawberries, and the cream in a bowl and mix together until a uniform mixture is formed. Then add in the cocoa and mix well.

Pour the batter into a cake mould that has been greased and coated with flour and bake in the preheated oven at 180° C. (350° F. / Gasmark 4) for about 45 minutes.

After it has cooled, garnish the cake with whipped cream and strawberries.
