Ingredients
4 slices (80g) Pan Carré Schär, 2 carrots, 1 courgette, 1 leek, 8 radishes or cherry tomatoes, 8 thin slices of cheese (for example gouda or tilsiter)

Ingredients for the garnish:
cloves, peeled almonds, parsley toothpicks
...and this is how you do it:
Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrots and the courgette into slices.
Cut the Pan Carré slices in half and place one carrot and one courgette slice on each piece.
Wrap the whole thing up in a slice of cheese and tie it with a strip of leek.
To make the duck head, use a toothpick to attach a radish or cherry tomato to the “body.”
Stick two cloves into the radish (or tomato) for eyes and add an almond for the duckbill, so that the ducks can see and talk a little, too.
