Cookery course in Ponte Selcino (Italy)

I held a cookery course in Ponte Selcino on 1st May. Children were given the opportunity to learn how to prepare gluten-free shortcrust pastry. We used this to make the most delicious gluten-free biscuits in the entire world using really adventurous shapes! And because cooking makes you quite hungry, we all went for (gluten-free) pizza together afterwards.
